Which office issues it, what to have in hand first, and the time limit for each.
Most Goa schemes, admissions and applications ask for one of a handful of certificates, and several of them depend on each other: a domicile certificate asks for a residence certificate and a birth certificate, an income certificate from the Mamlatdar asks for one from your panchayat or municipality, and a caste certificate asks for an income certificate where it applies. This journey names the office that issues the one you need, puts the certificates it depends on first, and shows each service's documents, forms, time limit and who to appeal to. Where this guide cannot verify a procedure it says so.
