Government information is only useful if it is right. Here is exactly what we do, and what we do not do.
Each officer, time limit, appellate authority, fee, document, form and procedural step on this site is stored with the official page it came from, the exact sentence on that page that supports it, and the date it was checked. Our build refuses to publish a fact that lacks any of those three things, and it re-reads the saved copy of every page to prove that each quoted sentence really is there. Official means pages on goa.gov.in, gov.in and nic.in domains, the Official Gazette and India Code. Newspapers, blogs and property portals are never sources.
The directory lists every service on Goa Online and every service in the Time-Bound Delivery schedule, imported automatically. Those rows are marked auto-imported, not yet reviewed because nobody here has checked them against the department page yet. They show you that a service exists and where to look; they are not a verified guide.
92 official sources, 72 verified service records, 8 published journey and 1,037 directory rows. Facts older than a year are flagged for re-checking. If you find an error, the fastest fix is to tell us which step and which official page disagrees with it.
