Mutation updates the Record of Rights (Form I & XIV or Form D) so that your name appears as the occupant after a sale, inheritance, partition or court order. It does not create title; the registered deed does. Until mutation is done, the records still show the previous holder.

Enter the details and upload necessary documents. Click on submit application button to submit to the Department.
