Registration with the Department of Tourism for a hotel, guest house, homestay or bed-and-breakfast. Requires a Fire NOC, premises documents and, for apartments and villas, the society's no-objection.
Valid NOC from Directorate of Fire & Emergency Services
Owned Premises: Valid House Tax Receipt (with supporting ownership documents, if applicable) OR Leased/Rented Premises: Executed Lease/Rent Agreement + Owner NOC +( House Tax Receipt House Tax is compulsory for New Applications.).
NOC from Housing Society/Resident Welfare Association/Home Owner Association (for residential units/apartments/villas used for tourism/commercial hospitality).
Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.
On successful registration, login using credentials and click on “Services” menu --> All Services --> Tourism --> Register Hotel/GuestHouse/Homestay/Bed And Breakfast
Select any one option from drop-down list Hotel/Guest House/Homestay/Bed and Breakfast.
Enter the basic details & other details of Hotel/Guest House/Homestay/Bed and Breakfast.
Upload all relevant documents & accept the declaration. Click on submit button. The application shall be submitted to the Department.
Kindly note the acknowledgement no. for tracking the status of your application.
Once the application is authorized (approved/rejected), the status will be communicated via SMS.
After successful payment of the application fee, Certificate will be issued by Department of Tourism and will be available in the applicant’s Inbox on the portal for download.
