An official statement of the land-use zone of a plot under the Regional Plan or Outline Development Plan. It tells you whether the plot is in a settlement zone (buildable), orchard, agricultural, no-development or other zone, and it is a mandatory attachment for a conversion Sanad.

On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Town & Country Planning --> Zoning Certificate Enter mandatory fields such as Taluka, Village / City, P.T. Sheet No. / Survey No. and Chalta No. / Sub Division No., then save the application. Upload all relevant documents & make necessary payment. On successful payment, application is submitted to department. After submission, an Acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent. Note the Acknowledgement Number for checking the application status. Upon verification and approval, the digitally signed Zoning Certificate will be made available for download in the applicant's Inbox. Legal basis Goa Town and Country Planning Act, 1974
