Documents showing that applicant's father or grandfather belong to SC/ST notified by Government. [Self attested - Optional]
Documents showing that applicant / applicant's family was residing in Goa prior to 19/02/1968 [For SC/ST/OBC]. [Self attested - Optional]
Self declaration. [Required]
Marriage Certificate incase of married woman. [Self attested - Required if applicable]
Identity Proof such as Aadhaar card ,Voter's card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Pension Payment Order, Passport, Social Security Card, Bank Passbook, ID Card issued by Government/Local Authority/Company/School/Institution . [Self attested - Any one required]
Documents showing that applicant's father or grandfather belong to OBC notified by Government. [Self attested]
Income Certificate issued by the competent authority for preceding 3 years. (Village Panchayat / Municipality / C.C.P.) [Self attested - Required if applicable]
Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.
On successful registration, login using credentials and click on “Services” menu --> All Services --> Revenue --> Caste Certificate.

Enter the basic details & other details of the applicant in the online application form.
Upload all the relevant documents & make necessary payment. On successful payment, application is submitted to the department.
After submission, an Acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent. Note the Acknowledgement Number for checking the application status.
If your application is approved, your Caste Certificate will be issued and made available in your Inbox on the Goa Online Portal. You can log in and download the certificate at any time.
Note. All documents should be self attested by the applicant.
