Visit www.goaonline.gov.in and complete the registration by providing your email ID, mobile number, name, address, and date of birth, followed by OTP authentication.
On successful registration, login using credentials and Click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Revenue --> Residence Certificate.
Fill out the application form by entering the required details such as Purpose (i.e 15 years, Goa Housing Board, Ladli Laxmi, Marriage Registration,etc.), Details of the applicant, Residence Address.
Upload all relevant documents & make necessary payment. On successful payment, application is submitted to department.
After submission, an Acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent. Note the Acknowledgement Number for checking the application status.
Upon verification of the application by the concerned officer, the application may be marked back for necessary document compliance if needed.
Once application is approved by the department, certificate will be issued and will be available in your inbox for download.
