Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.
On successful registration, login using credentials and click on “Services” menu --> All Services --> Revenue --> Domicile Certificate.
Select whether you are applying Domicile Certificate application for self, relative or other.
Enter the basic details & other details of the applicant in the online application form.
Upload all the relevant documents & make necessary payment. On successful payment, application is submitted to the department.
After submission, an Acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent. Note the Acknowledgement Number for checking the application status.
If your application is approved, your Domicile Certificate will be issued and made available in your Inbox on the Goa Online Portal. You can log in and download the certificate at any time.
