A new water supply connection from the Public Works Department for premises outside industrial estates. The portal asks for the occupancy certificate, the sale deed and road-cutting permission among other papers.
Visit the Goa Online Portal (www.goaonline.gov.in) and complete the user registration by entering your email ID, mobile number, name, address and date of birth and verify the details through OTP authentication.
After successful registration, log in to the portal and navigate to Services --- All Services, and search for “Public Works Department.”
Select “Water Connection Outside of Industrial Area” and click on Proceed to Apply.
Fill in all the required application details and click Save & Proceed.
Upload all the required supporting documents in the prescribed format.
After uploading the mandatory documents, select the Declaration checkbox and click Save & Proceed.
The application will be forwarded to the Department for verification and an Acknowledgement Number will be generated.
