Hard copy of the required documents to be submitted to the respective Civil Registrar cum Sub-Registrar office only after receiving intimation in this regards.
Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.
On receipt of SMS/email for verification of the application, kindly approach concerned Sub Registrar Head Quarters with original documents pertaining to proof of error.
Application form is exclusively for registrations prior to year 1970.
