The licence from your Village Panchayat to actually build. In panchayat areas it follows the Technical Clearance from TCP (or Development Permission from the PDA) and is granted by a Panchayat decision. Construction may begin only after this licence is issued.
VisitGoa Online Portal (www.goaonline.gov.in) and complete the user registration by entering your email ID, mobile number, name, address and date of birth and verify the details through OTP authentication.
After successful registration, log in to the portal and navigate to Services --- All Services, and search for “License For Construction Of Any Structure”
Select “Grant of License for Construction of any Structure” and click on Proceed to Apply.
Enter the Acknowledgement numberfor which Construction License has already been obtained.
Fill in all the required application details and click Save & Proceed.
If required upload all the required supporting documents in the prescribed format.
Submit the application. The status of the Construction License will be updated under the same application reference number issued at the time of Technical Clearance.
Applicants are advised to track the application using the same reference number.
Compliances (if any) will be communicated after the scrutiny of your application
