The Village Panchayat's no-objection certificate that the Public Works Department asks for before releasing a new water connection in a panchayat area.
Register on www.goaonline.gov.in by providing email id, mobile no, name, address and date of birth along with OTP authentication.
On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Directorate of Panchayat --> NOC For Water Connection
Fill in the application form.
Upload the necessary documents.
Submit the application and Proceed to Payment (Application Fee).
An acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent on submission of application. Note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.
Once application is Approved, applicant will receive intimation to pay the NOC fee.
On successful payment of NOC fee, digitally signed NOC will be issued by Panchayat and will be made available in applicant’s inbox for download.
Incase of any discrepancy in House data , kindly contact your respective village Panchayat.
This service is currently available for VP Batim (Tiswadi) , VP Bastora (Bardez), VP Chicalim (Mormugao), VP Alorna (Pernem), VP Casnem-Amberem-Poroscodem (Pernem), VP Carambolim (Tiswadi), VP Chicolna-Bogmalo (Mormugao). Remaining VPs will be onboarded in phased manner.
