The final fire no-objection certificate after construction, confirming the fire protection measures approved in the initial NOC were actually installed. Required before the occupancy certificate for high-rise buildings.
Register on www.goaonline.gov.in as an individual or an organisation by providing relevant details in the registration form and carry out OTP authentication of the user.
On successful registration, login using credentials and click on Services Menu --> All Services --> Fire & Emergency --> Final Fire NOC
Select the NOC category you want to apply for.
Provide details of Initial NOC issued earlier a) the list of Initial NOCs previously issued for the logged in user will be displayed. The applicant can select the Initial NOC for which they wish to apply final NOC. Upon selection all the Initial NOC details will be auto-populated. b) Also search option based on the Certificate Number and issued date of the previously issued initial NOC will be available. Based on the Certificate Number and issued date, all details will be auto-populated.
For those NOC category where initial NOC is not required can directly fill the application for Final NOC.
Upload the necessary documents.
Applicant will have provision to upload the Third Party inspection report. If third party inspection report is not available then applicant will have option in the application to send request to third party to carry out inspection.
Once the third party conducts the inspection and uploads the report, application will be marked to the applicant for payment of convenience Fee.
On successful payment , you will receive a receipt of the same and your application is then submitted to the respective fire officer based on the NOC category selected, Incase the height of building >= 15 mtr, the application will be mark to the Director for processing.
An acknowledgement SMS and Email will be sent on submission of application. Note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking in track status menu available on Goa Online.
Upon verification and approval of the application by the concerned officer, the applicant will receive a notification to proceed with the final payment.
Incase if the fire department carries out inspection, basis the inspection report, a shortcoming report will be marked for compliance to applicant.
Upon compliance by applicant and approval of the application by the concerned officer, the applicant will receive a notification to proceed with the final payment.
After successful payment, a digitally Signed Final NOC will be issued by the Fire Department. This certificate will be available in the applicant’s Inbox on the portal for download.
