The Municipal Council's certificate that the finished building may be occupied, issued after the TCP/PDA Completion Order and the sanitation NOC. Needed for utility connections and house tax.
Visit the Goa Online Portal (www.goaonline.gov.in) and complete the user registration by entering your email ID, mobile number, name, address and date of birth and verify the details through OTP authentication.
After successful registration, log in to the portal and navigate to Services --- All Services, and search for “Municipal Administration”
Select “Occupancy certificate” and click on Proceed to Apply.
Enter the Acknowledgement numberfor which Completion Order has already been obtained.
Fill in all the required application details and click Save & Proceed.
If required upload all the required supporting documents in the prescribed format.
Submit the application. The status of the Occupancy Certificate will be updated under the same application reference number issued at the time of Technical Clearance. Applicants are advised to track the application using the same reference number.
Compliances (if any) will be communicated after the scrutiny of your application.
