The construction licence from your Municipal Council (or the Corporation of the City of Panaji). It follows the Technical Clearance from TCP or the Development Permission from the PDA, and the portal lists NOCs from other authorities (Forest, PWD, Pollution Control Board, Coastal Zone Authority, Fire and others) as attachments where they apply to your plot.
Visit the Goa Online Portal (www.goaonline.gov.in) and complete the user registration by entering your email ID, mobile number, name, address and date of birth and verify the details through OTP authentication.
After successful registration, log in to the portal and navigate to Services --- All Services, and search for “Municipal Administration”
Select “Construction License” and click on Proceed to Apply.
Enter the Acknowledgement number for which Technical Clearance or Development Permission has already been obtained.
If required upload all the required supporting documents in the prescribed format.
Submit the application. The status of the Construction License will be updated under the same application reference number issued at the time of Technical Clearance.
