Resolutions/ letters of appointing responsible person( to be given on company letter head): Responsible person for applying for licence and signing all necessary documents in respect to licence/ Responsible person for quality control / Responsible person under section 33 of Insecticide Act 1968
Technical/ Responsible person responsible for manufacturing: If applicant himself Documents showing prescribed qualification/ If applicant is not technical person and employs technical person /Identity & address documents of technical person such as Aadhar card/ Pan Card/ Voting ID (any two documents), email id and contact / mobile number/ Documents showing prescribed qualification .
Declaration & Affidavit to be signed by responsible person on Rs 100/- Stamp Paper / Affidavit of responsible person for manufacturing & quality control/ Affidavit of responsible person under section 33 of Insecticide Act 1968.
NOC/ Permissions obtained : NOC/License of Local authority / Certificates of registration of insecticides issued by Central Insecticide Board and Registration Committee / NOC of Pollution Control Board, Factories and Boilers and Fire & Emergency

Facilities available as per Chapter VIII of Insecticide Rules, 1971
Visit Goa Online Portal (www.goaonline.gov.in) and complete the user registration by entering your email ID, mobile number, name, address and date of birth and verify the details through OTP authentication.
After successful registration, log in to the portal and navigate to Services --- All Services, and search for “Manufacture Insecticide/Pesticide Licence”.
Select “Manufacturing Insecticide/Pesticide Licence” and click on Proceed to Apply.
Fill in all the required application details and click Save & Proceed.
If required upload all the required supporting documents in the prescribed format.
After uploading the required documents make the application fee payment.
Submit the application and note the acknowledgement no. for application tracking.
